How Our Process Works
At Homeguard Senior Services, our goal is simple: help you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in your home — without pressure or surprises.
Once a month, we visit your home for a friendly, unhurried check-in. During that visit, we go through a safety and maintenance checklist to make sure important items around your home are working as they should. Just as important, we take time to talk with you. We listen. If something has started to feel harder, less steady, or just not quite right, this is your chance to point it out.
After each visit, we prepare a clear, easy-to-read report. You can receive it by email or regular mail — whatever you prefer. If you’d like, we can also share it with a family member you authorize. The report outlines what we noticed, what we recommend, and the exact cost for any suggested repairs or modifications. No guesswork. No surprises.
You always stay in control. You decide what you’d like done and what you’d prefer to pass on.
At the following visit, we bring the needed parts and tools to take care of any repairs or adjustments you’ve approved. We complete the work, review that month’s checklist, and then send another report so you and your family know exactly what was done.
There’s no rush, no pressure, and no obligation — just steady, thoughtful support to help your home keep up with your needs.
Cost & Timing
Each monthly visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour and includes the full home check and detailed report. The cost for the visit is $70.
Any repairs or modifications are quoted separately and completed only with your approval. Those are priced as flat fees, regardless of how long they take, so you always know the cost ahead of time.
